Adjective [Arrumano]

Etymology: Del protoeslavo *bliznьcь. Compárense el albanés binjak, el búlgaro близна́к (bliznák) y el serbio blizanac. Se propone que la forma binat se deriva del latín vulgar *binātum, participio pasado de *bināre ("repetir") (fuente del italiano binare), del latín bīnī. No obstante, esto es improbable porque la forma biznat pudo haber sido formada análogamente como singular del original biznats, que fue interpretado como plural.
